Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Our Service.
- Booking Cancellation: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@beyondoffices.co or WhatsApp at +91 70990 88078. The cancellation will be deemed effective from the date and time of receipt of the request by Beyond Offices.
- Rescheduling/date changes: Any requests for rescheduling must be made prior in writing and are subject to availability. Any price difference arising from the revised requirements will be chargeable.
- Events and Workshop Bookings: Any additional arrangements requested for events or workshops, including but not limited to printing, equipment rentals, customizations, catering, or third-party services, shall be charged separately. In case of cancellations, the costs for such arrangements will be deducted from the advance payment or invoiced additionally, as applicable.
- Refund Processing Eligible refunds shall be processed within 7–15 working days to the original mode of payment. All refunds are subject to proper verification, clearance of dues, and submission of required documentation.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit, where applicable, shall be refunded in full upon completion of the agreement term. Beyond Offices reserves the right to deduct from the security deposit for any damages to property, outstanding dues, unpaid invoices, or breach of agreement terms.
- GST & Other Taxes: All bookings are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other statutory taxes. In the event of cancellation, taxes and GST paid are non-refundable as per government regulations.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, Govt. restrictions, strikes or other unforeseen events.
- Policy Amendments: Beyond Offices reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will apply to all bookings made after the date of such amendment. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
